Meet Kylie
Kylie Mustow is the Principal Dietitian and Director of Good to Grow Nutrition. She’s a paediatric dietitian with over 20 years’ experience and a deep passion for helping children and families build positive, stress-free relationships with food.
Kylie began her career as a hospital-based clinical dietitian after completing a Master of Dietetics at Curtin University. In 2012, she found her true calling in paediatrics, completing further training at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, and specialising in feeding challenges in infants and young children.
Over the years, Kylie has developed a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and their families. She understands that feeding and eating are sensory, emotional, and relational experiences, not just about nutrition, and brings a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach to every session.
As a mother of three, Kylie understands that family life is busy and imperfect, and that mealtimes can be hard. Her approach is gentle, practical, and non-judgemental, helping families find what works for their individual child and unique household.
Kylie is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a passionate advocate for infant and maternal wellbeing. She believes that feeding is about connection, confidence, and growth.
